Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Segmently Shopify application, operated by SC COVERED SRL (trading as Trackwise Studio), CUI RO47818139, Str. Principală nr. 98, Strei, Hunedoara, Romania. By installing the app you agree to them.

1. What the service does

Segmently applies merchant-defined tagging rules to Shopify orders and customers, in real time and retroactively, and provides tools for managing the resulting tags.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the rules you create and for the tags they apply. Tags change what your reports, segments, automations and fulfilment processes see.
• We strongly recommend running a new rule as a preview, or against a narrow date range, before applying it to your whole history.
• You must have the right to process the store data you point the app at.
• You may not use the app to break Shopify’s terms or any applicable law.

3. Billing

• All charges are handled by Shopify Billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. We never see or store your payment details.
• Paid plans are billed every 30 days in USD and include a 14-day free trial unless stated otherwise.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time from inside the app. Cancellation stops future charges; Shopify’s own refund rules apply to charges already made.
• On downgrade, rules beyond the new plan’s limit stay saved but stop running, ordered by priority. Nothing is deleted.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on Shopify’s APIs; when they are degraded, rate limited or unavailable, tagging is delayed. Queued work is retried automatically.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackwise Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Tag changes are applied to your own Shopify records and can be reversed using the app’s Tag Manager. You remain responsible for reviewing a rule before running it across your history.

6. Termination

You may uninstall at any time; this cancels your subscription. Tags already applied remain on your records, because they are ordinary Shopify tags. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or endangers the platform, with notice where practical.

7. Support

Support is provided by email at support@trackwise.studio and on WhatsApp at +40 750 422 122. We typically reply the same business day.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced inside the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, with the courts of Hunedoara County having jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
